LFL Mono
The Mono type of bio-absorbable thread is used for skin rejuvenation and a better firmness of the face and body.

PDO technology of the LFL threads

Polydioxanone is a sterile, bio-compatible and biodegradable material. The ester bonds are responsible for hydrolitic degradation,while the essential links grants good flexibility and a high level of softness. The sutures made with this type of material lose their mechanical resistance in about 3 weeks and they will degrade in about 6 months.

PDO is currently used in mitral valve repair and tricuspid, in pediatry is used for closing the abdominal woonds – PDS (Ethicon-J & J), chest wall repair (bio-degradable nets), orthopedic bone scaffolding, etc.
